Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unexpected delays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (within Malaysia): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and courier availability)
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Local Pickup (Optional Section)
If you offer local pickup:
- You can skip the shipping fee with free local pickup at our store/office. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1–2 business days.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected countries. Please check at checkout if your country is available.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Refund Policy
Refunds, Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Cancellation: Buyers may cancel purchases at any time before shipment. Once shipped, the purchase is subject to the return process rather than cancellation.
Returns: Buyers can request a return of purchased items within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return-related matters will be governed by relevant laws and regulations, which take precedence over the seller’s terms and conditions. Return costs will be borne by the party responsible for the return request:
– The buyer, if the return is due to a change of mind.
– The seller, if the return is due to defects in the item, delivery delays, or delivery of the wrong or different item.
Exchanges: For exchanges via mail, the customer must cover postage charges. In-store exchanges incur no postage fees.
Refurbished Items: There is no guarantee on overseas shipping for refurbished items. Warranty and refunds do not apply to minor cosmetic imperfections of refurbished products, such as scratches, marks, or discoloration. No refund or support will be provided for such imperfections.
Liability: The seller will not be liable for defects arising from unsuitable or improper use by the customer or third parties, including fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, defective handling, improper maintenance, excessive load, unsuitable materials, or failure to follow instructions. The seller is also not liable for losses due to shipment delays or item feature mismatches. In the event of a refund, the amount shall not exceed the cost price of the item.
Return Conditions for New Items: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
– Incorrect item received (must be unopened with all seals and tags intact).
– Damaged or faulty item.
– Missing accessories.
– Item does not match the description or pictures.
– Counterfeit item.
Change of Mind Returns: Returns for items where the customer has changed their mind will only be accepted if:
– The item is unopened.
– All seals and tags are intact (if applicable).
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Overseas Purchases: For overseas purchases, return costs may be prohibitive. The seller assumes no responsibility for such cases. Upon completion of the return or cancellation process, the company will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used by the buyer
